ORDERING- There is no minimum order. All Personalized orders paid by money order or credit card are usually delivered to you within 14 days, but can occasionally take longer. Orders without embroidery are sent sooner. For customers in the Memphis area, pick-up can be arranged by contacting us.
SHOPPING ON-LINE - For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. PayPal is the most secure method for on-line shopping available.
TERMS -- We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards. All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

SHIPPING - All items are generally shipped USPS. Please note that we are currently not shipping outside the United States and Canada for online shopping.
RETURNS - Please note that all personalized items are non-returnable.

Certain products can only be monogrammed in certain fonts. Please check the description and contact us if your font is not listed with an item. We will happily work with special requests if at all possible!!
We can not be responsible for items in regards to choking or injury and purchaser assumes all risk associated with the use of any product purchased.
