How long until my order arrives? TOP
Most orders will arrive within 2-4 weeks. Some custom orders may take a little longer due to demand. We make most of the products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. You must let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need.

Can I order a RUSH gift? TOP
If you need your item rushed, We will make every effort to accomodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering. There maybe an additional RUSH charge applied. Additionally, we can not "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been overnighted, we will only refund the cost of shipping, not the products.
What is your return policy? TOP
Our products are custom made for you…unfortunately, we can not accept any returns. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us PRIOR to ordering. Refunds will not be issued once orders have been placed.
We are not responsible for monogramming ordered incorrectly, unless it is an error on our part, in which we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Please take careful note of monogramming instructions.
In what order do I request letters for a monogram? TOP
Your typical monogram:
First Initial, LAST Initial, Middle Initial
ex: Mary Jane Robinson = M R J
Some men prefer to have their monogram:
First Initial, Middle Initial, Last Initial
ex: John Michael Williams = J M W
*Please select the Times Block Monogram - and note in the 'special instructions' that you want all letters to be the same size. Be sure to list initials in the order that you would like them to appear. For this style monogram, the letters should be placed First, Middle, Last.
For a married couple the wife's initial comes first:
Wife's Initial, Last Initial, Husband's Initial
ex: Jane & Robert Smith = J S R
Why haven't I received a response from the email I sent? TOP
Yahoo, AOL, Mac and other email accounts place some emails from us in your Bulk/Junk/Spam Folder. Check your spam/junk/bulk folders for email replies. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours, please send another email. This is a small company, and we value our customers. We work hard to answer as many questions as possible every day. Email is the preferred method of communication, and ensures the quickest response.

Absolutely!!! Let us know if there is something you would like and can't find on the website, we will try our best to accomodate you. We love custom orders!!
How do I care for my monogrammed items? TOP
Washing a monogrammed item- We recommend cold water washing for all of our monogrammed items to ensure that there will be no color run from the thread. Even though we use top of the line monogramming thread we still recommend cold washing for long color last and wear. Spot bleaching is "O.K.", but we do not recommend full water bleaching.
